In order to be able to integrate an additional stripe account, you have to add the default account first.

After you add the default account, you will be able to add additional ones.
You can only add 1 additional Stripe account on a Startup plan (97$/month) and 3 additional Stripe accounts on a Full Suite plan (297$/month).

To add an additional Stripe account, go into the Payment Gateways section in your Account tab:

After that select Stripe there and click "Connect with Additional Stripe Account":

Select the Stripe account you want to integrate with and integrate it the same way you did with the default account.

Congratulations! You have added an additional Stripe account to your ClickFunnels account.

After that you will be able to select between Stripe account that will process payments in a funnel in its settings.
To select a Stripe account that will process payments in a particular funnel, enter funnel settings in that funnel here:

Once you do that, scroll down a little bit until you see the Stripe Test Mode activator and select the account you want to process payments with for this funnel in that dropdown menu:

After that don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save and Update Settings" to save the changes:

From now on, the Stripe account that you select in the settings will process payments in this funnel.
