What you will need:

Step 1: Create Custom Input Form

  • Click on Add New Element or the "+" below an existing element on the page.
  • Click on Input Form.
  • Hover your mouse over the new Input Form element and click on the Gear icon.
  • Select Custom Type from the Input Type drop down menu.
  • Enter text in the Custom Type Field.
  • Repeat this process to add additional custom fields.

Important Note: The Custom Type field only accepts letters and numbers only. (No Symbols or Punctuation)

Step 2: Review Custom Data Submission

Example #1: View Contact Record

  • From within your funnel, click on Contacts.
  • Click on the name of a specific contact.
  • Click on Additional Info.


Example #2: Download All Contact Records

  • From within your funnel, click on Contacts.
  • Click on Download Contacts.
  • Click on the Additional Info tab in the spreadsheet to view the data.
