What you will need:

Step 1: Add Input Form Element

  • From within your page, click on Add New Element or the "+" below an existing element to add a new element.
  • Select the Input Form element from the list.
  • Hover your mouse over the input form element on the page and click on the Gear icon.
  • Select Email Address from the input type drop down. [Required]
  • Adjust other input element settings as desired.
  • Repeat this process to add additional input form elements to the page.

Step 2: Add Button Element

  • From within your page, click on Add New Element or the "+" below an existing element to add a new element.
  • Select the Button element from the list.
  • Hover your mouse over the button element on the page and click on the Gear icon.
  • Click on Set Action.
  • Select Submit Order/Submit Form. [Required]
