It can sometimes happen that you have created so many funnels or funnel steps that you are not allowed to create any, until you free some space. Here is a video for you on how to do that:

What to do, if you are at a limit of funnels

If you are at a limit of the funnels, you will not be able to create new funnels. In order to make room for new ones, you will need to archive the funnels you don't need.
Here is how you do that:

You can only archive a funnel in ClickFunnels and not permanently delete it. The difference is that you can restore an archived funnel.

The funnel that you archive will result in the total amount of funnels you have in your account decreasing by 1. Archiving the funnel will also decrease the total amount of pages you have in your account decreasing by the number of pages of the funnel you archive.
For instance, if you archive a funnel with 3 funnel steps in it, it will decrease the amount of funnels you have by 1 and the number of pages by 3.

You can always find the funnels you archived in the "archived" tab in your account:

If you want to restore it, you will have to click the "restore" button for that funnel like that:

Important note:

The changes you make (archiving funnels or deleting funnel steps) will not display in your account dashboard right away. You will have to give our system some 20-30 minutes to update the information on the servers. If you notice that after that the number of the funnels/pages does not update, log out of your ClickFunnels account and log back in.

What to do, if you are at a limit of pages

When you are at a max number of pages in your account, you will not be able to create new funnel steps. In order to be able to create new ones, you will have to delete the funnel steps you don't need.

In order to delete a funnel step, you will need to either click the red cross for this funnel step or click "Delete Funnel Step" button:

Note: If you delete a funnel step, it will be impossible to restore it, so make sure you don't need it before deleting it.

Other funnel steps also DO COUNT into the total number of pages in your account.
If you have other funnel steps as shown on the example below, you will also need to delete them in order to make room for new funnel steps:

1. If the other funnel step has a template selected for it, you can delete it by clicking "Delete Funnel Step" button like that:

2. If the other funnel step does not have a template selected for it, you will have to select any template you want and delete this funnel step by clicking "Delete Funnel Step" button like that:

Important note:

The changes you make (archiving funnels or deleting funnel steps) will not display in your account dashboard right away. You will have to give our system some 20-30 minutes to update the information on the servers. If you notice that after that the number of the funnels/pages does not update, log out of your ClickFunnels account and log back in.

After you follow these simple steps, the amount of funnels/pages in your account will be decreased and you will be able to create new ones!
