If you are experiencing issues when trying to integrate your Email Autoresponder in your Account Settings, please check the corresponding information for your autoresponder.

Infusionsoft

If you are having trouble integrating your infusionsoft account, please make sure that you are only using the first part of your Infusionsoft account URL or the subdomain.

Ex. If your account URL is wj876.infusionsoft.com, wj876 is the account subdomain. This is what you would use to integrate Infusionsoft with ClickFunnels.

Ontraport

If you are having issues integrating your Ontraport account for email, please make sure that there aren’t any additional spaces on either side of your API keys when you paste them in the appropriate fields in ClickFunnels.

Also, please make sure that all permissions have been selected for your API keys.

MailChimp / GetResponse / WebinarJam Studio / GVO (PureLeverage) / ConvertKit

Please make sure that your API key is correct and is active in the account settings of your autoresponder.

Interspire

Please ensure that your Username, User Token, and API URL are correct. These are available in your Interspire settings.

Active Campaign

Please make sure that your API Key and API URL are correct.

GoToWebinar

Please make sure that your Username is correct

Aweber / Constant Contact

Please make sure that your username and password are correct.

MadMimi

Please make sure that your Login and API Key are correct. These are available in your account settings.

Maropost

Please make sure that you Account ID and API Key are correct. These are available in your account settings.

Twilio

Make sure that your Account SID, Auth Token, and “From Number” are correct. These are available in your account settings.
