You will need:

Step One: Verify Domain

  • Enter your domain
  • press continue to proceed
  • Click the drop down menu to select your domain’s DNS Manager 
  •  select “others..”

Open your domain settings within Clickfunnels to your Zone Records Editor:

  • Select CNAME from the drop down menu 
  •  Copy the Name text from Zoho and place into the Name input within your new Zone record CNAME
  • Copy the Value text from Zoho and pace into the Value input within your new Zone record CNAME
  •  Click “Proceed to CNAME verification.”

Step Two: Add Users

This step is not required

You can utilize this step to add additional users or email addresses to your domain’s account.

 

Step Three: Create Groups

This step is not required.
Creating user groups is an optional step such as support@yourdomain.com or hr@yourdomain.com.
 

Step Four: Configure Email Delivery 

  • Open your DNS Zone Record Editor
  • Select MX from the Type drop down menu
  •  Place @ in the name input
  • Paste the first address in the value input
  • Open your DNS Zone Record Editor
  • Select MX from the Type drop down menu
  • Place @ in the name input
  • Paste the second address in the value input 
  • Click MX Lookup to verify MX records were added successfully

Step Five: SPF / DKIM Setup

  • Open your DNS Zone Record Editor
  • Select TXT from the drop down menu
  • Place @ in the name input
  • Copy the TXT value and paste into the value input

  • Open your DNS Zone Record Editor
  • Select TXT from the drop down menu
  • Copy and paste your generated TXT Name in the Name input
  • Copy and paste the generated TXT Value in the Value input

** May take 24-48 hours for SPF and DKIM to verify 

Step Six: Email Migration 

This step is not required.
This is an optional step if you desire to migrate your previous email provider. 

 Step Seven: Mail Client Configuration

 
This step is not required.
This is an optional step if you desire to migrate your previous email provider.

Step Eight: Set up Mobile Access:

This step is not required.
If you desire to migrate your previous set up one of Zoho’s supported mobile apps.
