If you are getting this error page when setting up your domain, follow the instructions below.
- Log into your CloudFlare account
- Select your domain
- Go to the DNS tab
- Check the CNAME records for www and your root domain. If you are seeing this error, it is most likely that your domain is not going through CloudFlare. In order for this to work properly, the little cloud icon, MUST be orange
If your cloud icon is grey for either one of these CNAME records, click it to turn it orange.
This should resolve any issues with the purple Heroku error screen.
If this does not fix your issue, please check the page in an incognito window or clear your cache.
