Step One: Open your SMTP Settings

  • Click Account
  • Click SMTP Settings
  • Click Setup Email Settings
  • Add ClickMail

Step Two: Enter your SMTP Settings

  • Title - The name of your integration. This is for your reference only. This can be anything that you like. 
  • From Name - This is the name that will display in the user's email client when they receive an email from you. 
  • From Email - This is the email address that your emails will be sent from. This will also be the address that users respond to if they click "Reply" in their email client.
  • Domain - Select the domain you will be utilizing for this SMTP
  • Address - Enter your businesses physical address 
  • SMTP Footer - Your SMTP Footer is the information that will be included in the footer of all your emails. This footer area supports HTML code.

  • Select Default SMTP integration if appropriate
  • Select Save SMTP Integration

Step Three: Open your BlueHost Domain DNS Settings

Due to BlueHost limitations, we suggest that you utilize Cloudflare for your DNS editing needs. 

  • Open your BlueHost Account
  • Select Domains
  • Select the Check box next to your desired domain
  • Select Name Servers 
  • Select Use Custom  Nameservers 
  • Enter the Two Custom Nameservers from Cloudflare

  • Select Save Namesever Settings

Step Four: Add these records to your DNS

  • Select mx from the drop down menu. Copy the Host input and paste into the Name area. Copy the Data input and paste into the Click to Configure area. Select Priority onePress Add Record.
  • Select txt from the drop down menu for the first txt record. Copy the Host input and paste into the "Name" area. Copy the Data input and paste into the Click to Configure area. Press Add Record.
  • Select txt from the drop down menu for the first txt record. Copy the Host input and paste into the "Name" area. Copy the Data input and paste into the Click to Configure area. Press Add Record.
  • Select CNAME from the drop down menu. Copy the Host input and paste into the "Name" Area. Copy the Data input and paste into the Click to Configure area. Press Add Record.
  • Select CNAME from the drop down menu. Copy the Host input and paste into the "Name" Area. Copy the Data input and paste into the Click to Configure area. Press Add Record.

Step Five: Validate the Settings

  • Select Validate DNS Records

Your Clickfunnels Email has now been successfully added to your domain.

 It may take up to 24-48 hours for your DNS records to propagate.
