Step 1: Delete or Archive Contact

  • Select Contacts from the ClickFunnels menu.
  • Search for the contact.
  • Click on Edit.
  • Select the Edit Details tab on the left menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click on Archive.

Note: Upon archiving a contact,the contact data, along with any associated data will be retained in theClickFunnels database. 

The contact will automatically be un-archived if the same email is used to opt-in through one of your funnels or pages even if the contact was previously archived.
