Please note, Client Account Management is a privilege granted to ClickFunnels Certified Partners. When accessing a user's account, you should only make changes for which you have been authorized. If you make any unauthorized changes or access content/settings to which you have not been authorized, it may result in immediate removal of this privilege.

If you are a ClickFunnels Certified Partner, you will have the ability to manage client accounts from within your own ClickFunnels account.

This will allow you to "Become Them" and access their account as if you were them without needing their account email and password to login each time.

In order for you to manage a user's account, you will need to know their ClickFunnels account email address.

You will send them a request, and they can either approve or reject the request.

They will also be able to revoke your access at any time.

Requesting Access

In order to request access to a client account, go to Account > Client Requests > New Client Request

Here you will enter the client's ClickFunnels account email address.

After you submit the request, the client will receive an in-app notification prompting them to accept or decline the invitation to manage his/her account.

If the client accepts the request, you will then be able to access his/her account by going to Account > Clients and then click Become next to the name/email.

If you no longer wish to have access to the client's account, you can also click the Remove button and access to the client account will be removed.

If you click the remove button, the only way to restore access is to request it again from the client.

Returning To Your Own Account

Please note that if you have logged in to a users account using the "Become" feature, you will need to return to your account.

If you forget to return to your account, clicking on any funnel share links will add the funnel to your client's account instead of your own.

In order to return to your account, go to Account > Become Me.

This will return you to your own ClickFunnels account.
