Hello there this is Akshay with ClickFunnels and I have seen a lot of customers stuck in this pricing page no matter where they click. So if you have completed your payment or just enrolled in the 14 days Free trial of ClickFunnels and instead of going to your Onboarding page or Dashboard what you can see is only this then read on...

So today I'm going to cover a few basic steps that you can follow to get rid of this pricing or upgrade page.

Overview of the Steps Covered:

  1. Sign Out of your ClickFunnels account and then Log Back in
  2. Delete your Browser's Cache/Cookies
  3. Use a Different Browser Altogether

Let's get started

1. Sign Out of your ClickFunnels account and then Log Back in

This is self understanding and the easiest method you can use to get rid of that pricing page.

You can sign out of your ClickFunnels account by going to Account > Logout

And then log back in by going to https://app.clickfunnels.com/users/sign_in

If that doesn't helps please move on to the next step

2. Delete your Browser's Cache/Cookies

You can delete your browser's cache or cookies to get rid of the pricing plan page that's keeping you from using ClickFunnels.

Beware: Clearing your web browser's cache, cookies, and history may remove data such as the following:

  • Saved passwords
  • Address bar predictions (e.g. Chrome, Firefox)
  • Shopping cart contents, etc.

In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions below. 

Chrome

In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Select the following:

  1. Browsing history (optional)
  2. Download history (optional)
  3. Cookies and other site and plug-in data (Recommended)
  4. Cached images and files (Recommended)

From the drop-down menu, you can also choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select the beginning of 

  1. Click Clear browsing data. 
  2. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

Firefox

From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.

  1. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything. 
  2. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items. 
  3. Click Clear Now. 
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

Microsoft Edge

  1. In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).
  2. Click the History icon, and then select Clear all history.
  3. Select Browsing history, then Cookies and saved website data, and then Cached data and files. Click Clear.
  4. After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Internet Explorer 9 and higher

Note:

On January 12, 2016, Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer versions prior to version 11 . UITS strongly recommends that you upgrade to a new operating system if your current system does not support Internet Explorer 11.

  1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
  2. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select:Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website filesCookies or Cookies and website dataHistory
  3. Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete. 
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

Opera

  1. From the Opera menu, select Settings, and then Delete Private Data.... 
  2. In the dialog box that opens, select the items you want to clear, and then click Delete. 
  3. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

Safari

Safari 8

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History and Website Data.... 
  2. Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History. 
  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely. 

Safari 7 and below

  1. From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari.... 
  2. Select the items you want to reset, and then click Reset. As of Safari 5.1, Remove all website dataincludes both cookies and cache. 
  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely.

3. Use a Different Browser Altogether

There are many other browsers that you can try to log in to your account. Well here's a list of some of the major browsers

  1. Google Chrome
  2. Apple Safari
  3. Mozilla Firefox
  4. Opera
  5. Microsoft Edge
